Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

  1. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Beelys Kidswear will continue to dispatch parcels but longer delivery timeframes may be expected during this time. Please allow an additional 2-3 days on all orders.
  2. We provide delivery services to Whole of Malaysia | Standard Delivery 3 – 5 Days 
  3. We offer international shipping via PosLaju International. Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel | Standard Delivery 7 – 14 Days 
  4. West Malaysia RM10 3-5 Business days
    East Malaysia RM12 10-14 Business days
    Singapore / Indonesia RM85 7-10 Business days
    Brunei RM110 7-10 Business days
    Rest of the World RM250 10-14 Business days
  5. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Beelys Sdn Bhd has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.  
  6. We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation).
  7. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  8. Upon delivery, you may be required to sign for acceptance of product. 
  9. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  10. We deliver in our standard packaging using Poslaju /J&T/ABX/CITYLINK any  courier delivery services available.
  11. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, the courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  12. We DO NOT offer same day delivery BUT we offer STORE PICK UP.  To opt for this, select "Store-Pickup" during checkout. You will receive an email once your parcel is ready for collection in stores.Parcels that remain uncollected after 7 days will be sent back to our warehouse, and our Customer Service team will contact you.
  13. Products sold are not refundable. Due to hygiene reason we do not accept exchanges or returns.
  14. We provide a full refund of shipping fees should you receive wrong items. 
  15. Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault. Please ensure the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. The product must not yet be used, tags shall not be tampered with, and in the original brand packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
